SAFe® For Agile Release Trains

Course Tabs

Course Overview
This workshop is an alternative to SAFe® for Teams. It is not affiliated with Scale Agile Inc, nor does its certification come from SAI. It covers virtually all of the curriculum in SAI's SAFe for Teams but does it in a teaching by doing manner. This enables large classroom sizes which lowers the overall cost while enabling better collaboration.  It also has an additional, optional, module that can be delivered so that up to 4 internal coaches can teach it on their own.
This course covers:
  • the basics of Scrum/Kanban
  • the why and how of cadence and synchronization
  • an overview of SAFe
  • the planning event
  • core Lean-Agile principles
