Lean Agile at Scale

If you are interested in more effective and less costly team level training (including team coaches) than that provided by SAI, click here.

Net Objectives offers our own approach to Lean-Agile at Scale - FLEX - FLow for Enterprise Transformation. FLEX's roots go back 10+ years and has been our primary vehicle for client transformations. While we are partners with SAFe, we've always used FLEX in the background. The value of both is that our first SAFe implementation at Northwestern Mutual, which was heavily influenced by FLEX, is a SAFe case study. See FLEX and SAFe for more.

Lean-Agile at Mid-Scale: FLEX Essentials

The goal of a company’s transformation to more effective methods should not be to follow a predefined, one-size-fits-all approach but to improve the company’s business agility. Business agility is the ability to realize value quickly, sustainably, predictably and with high quality while always having the ability to pivot efficiently.

Net Objectives Special Training for SAFe®

Note that none of these courses are endorsed by SAI (the provider of SAFe nor do they carry certification by SAI. We have created these because they fill a need we have found missing in the standard SAFe training. All of these courses were co-developed by Al Shalloway, a former SPCT and contributor to SAFe. Net Objectives has historically provided insights and practices 1 to 2 years before they are integrated into the SAFe framework. Our course offerings means you don't have to wait for them.
