FLEX (FLow for Enterprise Transformation) is an approach that helps generate tailored transformation solutions to achieve business agility – the ability to achieve quick realization of business value predictably, sustainably and with high quality.

FLEX is not a framework, but rather an approach to create a road map, along with practices to implement it that takes an organization from where they are to where they need to go.  While no two organizations are exactly alike, the workflow and the agreements required to achieve it are surprisingly similar for most. Even when heavy regulation (e.g., FDA, insurance) or concurrent hardware is involved, the core FLEX approach works.

FLEX’s approach is to:

  1. Look to see what the organization is doing
  2. Identify the challenges in achieving this
  3. Identify the solutions that are available to these challenges
  4. Follow a stepwise approach to implementing these solutions

This webinar:

  • presents some core Lean-Agile concepts on which FLEX is based
  • a typical workflow of many organizations
  • the challenges these represent
  • an example road map the FLEX often suggests

This will allow for the attendees to learn FLEX by seeing an example of how it works.

Regardless of which approach you take, from Scrum to SAFe, learning FLEX will provide you with useful insights.
