Implementing SAFe® 4.0 with SPC4 Certification

Learn SAFe® in a deeper way with Net Objectives.  We integrate our 12 years of experience with Agile at scale into the standard SPC training to provide a deeper understanding of what is required for a successful SAFe transformation.

We use two consutlants to teach our courses.  Martin Olson, an experienced SPC trainer leads the course. Al Shalloway, a leading expert in Agile at scale with Lean also attends to provide a deeper understanding of the principles underlying the Lean-Agile framework.

This four-day course will prepare you to lead an enterprise Agile transformation by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). You will learn how to effectively apply the principles and practices of SAFe, including training with SAFe courseware, and coaching teams, launching Agile Release Trains, and building and managing an Agile portfolio. The first two days of the course—Leading SAFe—will provide you with the basis to teach SAFe to others, and if certified you’ll be eligible to teach the Leading SAFe course. The next two days focus exclusively on implementing SAFe.

Certification is optional to attendees. Those who achieve SPC certification are authorized to license SAFe training materials.

Will be served at 7:45 am

The hotel is valet parking only. The entrance is on the east side of 2nd avenue (left), just after Cherry Street. They offer a discounted Event Rate for meeting guests; $19+ tax per car/day. There are other parking garages nearby with varying rates.

The meeting is in the Juneau room, 15th floor. When you get off the elevator on the 15th floor, you turn right and it’s at the end of the hall.
