Different Levels of Learning

  1. Being talked to
  2. Interactive lecture
  3. Games that are similar to what you do, but not what you do
  4. Games that teach principles that are the same as what underlies what you do
  5. Actually being coached in your work
  6. Being provided a support system after the training when you have questions and need answers

Most training is comprised of types 2 and 3. But 4, 5 and 6 are much better. What kind of training are you paying for?
