Net Objectives offers our own approach to Lean-Agile at Scale - FLEX - FLow for Enterprise Transformation. FLEX's roots go back 10+ years and has been our primary vehicle for client transformations. While we are partners with SAFe, we've always used FLEX in the background. The value of both is that our first SAFe implementation at Northwestern Mutual, which was heavily influenced by FLEX, is a SAFe case study. See FLEX and SAFe for more.
The goal of a company’s transformation to more effective methods should not be to follow a predefined, one-size-fits-all approach but to improve the company’s business agility. Business agility is the ability to realize value quickly, sustainably, predictably and with high quality while always having the ability to pivot efficiently.

These methods have demonstrated an ability to be able to lower released errors by up to 90%.
Agile Software Development requires a high degree of flexibility in the coding process. We want to be able to evolve the design and functionality to meet their needs and expectations.
