Assessment Services
An effective way to embark on an enterprise level transition to Lean-Agile methods is to start with an assessment. This starts by analyzing where you are and formulating a target improvement (where you want to go). A roadmap and transition plan to achieve this is then formulated. Scrum Tuneups
We have been training and coaching teams in Scrum for over a decade. We have worked with thousands of individuals and hundreds of teams. Having done this we've seen teams often fall into patterns of stagnation after initial success. This led us to create the Scrum Clinic as an aid to assist folks in improving their Scrum methods and avoiding patterns of Scrum failure.
