Net Objectives has been helping companies achieve agility at scale for over a decade. We are not a one size fits all consulting organization but pull from both our vast experience in leading large scale transitions in the industry as well as popular approaches such as the Scaled Agile Framework®. We are contributors to SAFe and Gold Partners. Our clients have enjoyed the most success with this approach: Working with your organization to conduct an assessment to see where you are, developing a transition roadmap that will help lead to your desired results, and then working with you to achieve them.
Lean-Agile is the integration of Lean-Thinking with Agile practices. It takes a systems thinking approach that can enable Agile methods to work effectively when multiple teams are involved. Net Objectives has thought leaders in SAFe®, Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming. We use these as tools to enable the creation of a cohesive system for our clients that incorporates the practices that most suit their needs. In addition to training, we provide consulting to both create a roadmap to for you while providing coaching to help you achieve it.
The genius of Lean-Agile is that it combines both systems thinking to understand what to do and kaizen to improve your ability to do it. The Net Objectives Coaching Academy is designed to develop novice coaches into effective Lean-Agile coaches. We work with them to expand their knowledge of Lean-Agile methods so that they know what should be done. We equip them with coaching fundamentals to make them better coaches so that they can enable their charges in being able to do the practices themselves.
Net Objectives is the only consulting company that has been at the forefront of the adoption of XP, Scrum, Lean, Kanban and SAFe®. This enables us to provide your coaches with the skill sets that are appropriate for your organization.
Many teams have gone to Agile picking their approach somewhat arbitrarily and without proper training. Not everyone should be using the same methods. We often see instances where Scrum and Kanban and been done poorly because the wrong method is being attempted. We created the Agile at Scale Clinic to provide assistance to teams struggling with their Agile approach. We also enable teams to tailor the practices to their own context.
Before providing such services, we like to do an assessment to ensure we understand the real challenges being faced and the solutions needed.
