In this issue are two articles by Alan Shalloway: 'Trim Tabs' in which he explains the concept of the Trim Tab as R. Buckminster Fuller meant it, and in order to expand this idea toward finding the Trim Tabs of Software Development, describes how he found his method of teaching in 'The Pickup Sticks Model of Teaching'.
