Unless otherwise stated in a contract or in the event/product details, the following refund policy applies:
Event:

• If cancelled more than two weeks prior to the event = 20% cancellation fee
• If cancelled less than two weeks prior ro the event = 50% cancellation fee

Product:

• You may return unused, unopened products to us for a full refund of purchase price.
• If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them along with your explanation for a full refund of the purchase price.
