Many companies are facing the dilemma of thinking a change to their software development process is necessary while not seeing how Agile methods would work at their company. Indeed, many top level managers fear Agile methods will cause more problems than they solve. Some of the reasons for this are that many agile software development methods focus on the developer. This seminar describes Agile methods from the perspective of the business needs of the company. In other words, instead of focusing on the technical details of agility, this seminar focuses on the business motivations for it.
