Seminar: Building Software Faster: How BAs Can Help

In today's fast-paced world of software development many new and exciting development methodologies/processes have emerged, including Scrum, Feature-Driven Development (FDD), Crystal and many others. However, regardless of the process involved, business analysts can help software development teams create better software in a shorter timeframe. The lean principles that form the basis of agile software development methods can be utilized even in a waterfall development process. This talk will focus on how those principles can be applied regardless of the development process being used. The principles will be discussed as well as several very specific practices that can be used to lower the overall cost of software development.
