THIS OFFER HAS EXPIRED
Business Agility is the ability for an organization to respond to external change or internal forces and properly identify those initiatives that will deliver the greatest value in a short period of time. At Net Objectives we have consistently guided other companies in achieving this. Many organizations are still taking a bottom-up approach (e.g., using Scrum at the team level and trying to scale) with little success. We'll admit we tried this approach ourselves 5-8 years ago and abandoned it when we couldn't get it to work successfully in a repeatable manner. Unfortunately, few, if anybody, has. This is why over five years ago we've transitioned to Lean-Agile methods - taking a top-down business vision view coupled with a bottom up agile team implementation guided by management. We've written up this approach in our book Lean-Agile Software Development: Achieving Enterprise Agility.
We feel this approach is so important, that we are giving away 100 copies to the first 100 executives or software directors (of non-consulting companies in the North and South America and Europe) that are responsible for at least 100 people. To get your copy, simply send an email to me, Alan Shalloway, CEO of Net Objectives, alshall@netobjectives.com. Please include the following information:
- your name, title, and email
- physical address so we can send book
- name and location(s) of company
- number of people for which you are responsible for
- current state of and future plans for agile adoption
- whether you'd like to chat for 30 minutes with me about we might do for you
This offer is not contingent upon your answers to 5 or 6 above, but you must be responsible for at least 100 people to qualify. Only one book will be given to people in the same organization.
It pains me to see many companies taking the wrong approach in their agile endeavors when there are more sensible approaches. I am confident that our approach will help most of you out there. Even if you don't work with us, this book should help you and we believe in giving back to the community that we are a part of - so giving out a few free books is no problem to me.
Please let me know if there is any way we can help you, but please, take advantage of this book offer if you qualify.
Thanks,
Alan Shalloway
