This 3-day course teaches how to be a successful Scrum Master. The course focuses on the role and responsibilities of the Agile project manager, the "Scrum Master". Learn how to ensure your team is fully functional and productive and act as the facilitative team lead working closely with the Product Owner. You will learn how to make your development team, your project, and your organization Agile. Our course is different from other CSM classes in that it teaches the principles on which Scrum is based as well as all of the necessary Scrum practices.
