Extending Scrum with Scrum#

This course focuses on the extensions of Scrum# to either scale Scrum to the enterprise or to assist different Scrum teams to work more effectively together. It presents the larger context of Lean and how to drive multiple teams by managing your portfolio of products. This course builds off a current knowledge of Scrum. Many myths of Scrum are also discussed and dispelled. Many of these myths are major impediments to teams attempting to scale Scrum. Essentially, this course presents information that would not be considered standard Scrum practices but are useful in taking Scrum to the Enterprise.

The principles behind Scrum are also discussed so that practitioners can extend the practices of Scrum as they need to based on a better understanding of the principles on which it is based.
