Lean Software Development

Abstract

NOTE: This course was rescheduled from March 25-27.

This course provides complete coverage of Lean Software Development from a management, process, and QA point of view. It covers the material in the Management course as well as going into greater depth about how a software development team manages Lean-Agile projects. In particular, it includes a future value stream mapping exercise, an overview of the Lean-Agile Process Management method and the new relationship that QA has in the development team. It does not deal with architectural or design issues.
