Leaving Feedback... and the value of feedback
An alert listener pointed out to me that there is no "Feedback Button" on the blog site, yet I mention this in the podcasts. That is an excellent catch! Thank you!
Instead, what I should say is to give us feedback by using the Leave a Reply area at the bottom of the blog entery that is associated with the Podcast. For example, see the Leave a Reply area in Interviewing Techniques for Staffing Agile Teams.![]()
And, maybe I need to create a Feedback Button.
This reminds me that one of the key principles in Lean and Agile is to Create Knowledge, never to be satisfied with the status quo, but always try to learn. Improving the process is paramount.
If you have not seen it yet, Janelle Barlow wrote a great book called A Complaint is a Gift. If you are going to go down the path of Lean and Agile, you want to learn to see with this perspective.
Have you used After Action Reviews in your Lean-Agile work? I'd be curious how that has worked for you. Drop me a note at jim.trott@netobjectives.com
