Alan Shalloway Random Thoughts – Snowbird 10

February 11, 2011 — Posted by Alan Shalloway

Hi. I'm finally picking back up on this thread.  Thanks to John Ryan for prodding me.

I made this recording the morning of February 11, ten years to the day after the meeting that resulted in the Agile Manifesto.

I started out the day reviewing my guest blog on Agile Executive's site - Balancing Agile in which I discuss the manifesto. While I think the manifesto was incredible, I also think it left out quite a bit - but that's what manifesto's tend to do. We've learned a lot and our time/situation is now different.

In thinking about that and past events, I reflect on what is next.  The two areas to me are expanding the scope of agility as well as how the Agile community grows its base of knowledge. This one is only 11 minutes long.  Hope you enjoy it.  Random Thoughts - Snowbird 10 .

Please let me know what you think. I would really appreciate some feedback – good or bad. Send me a note at alshall@netobjectives.com.
