Dr. Charles Suscheck has a unique combination of industry and academic expertise. He has over 25 years of professional experience, holding positions of Process Architect, Director of Research, Principle Consultant, Professor, and Professional Trainer at some of the most recognized companies in America. Academically, Charles holds an applied Doctorate of Computer Science, a Master of Science in Computer Science and is certified in RUP, UML, Use Cases, and Scrum. He has spoken at both national and international conferences, worked with clients in three continents, and has over 20 publications to his credit. Having climbed the ladder in organizations using heavy-weight, bureaucratic software development to organizations that apply the adaptive principles of Lean, Scrum and XP, Charles has a great appreciation for the benefits of agile development. He brings to his clients a diverse wealth of methodology experience, a passion for training and a strong focus on pragmatism.
